FVB is investing in work environment certification

To successfully grow organically in the fierce competition prevailing in today’s labour market, it is important to be an attractive employer.

As an attractive employer, we of course have to live up to a lot of things, but the key is for the workplace to be a place we enjoy, feel good in, and where we don’t risk our health, i.e., where we have a good working environment.

As an employee-owned company, we always take extra care of our staff. FVB has previously been certified in quality and environmental management. We are now investing in also getting certified in work environment according to the ISO 45001 standard. A “Phase 1 audit” is happening in November and the goal is to be certified by February 2020.
